L'archivio storico del Parlamento Europeo

Il Parlamento Europeo mette a disposizione di tutti i cittadini il suo enorme archivio storico attraverso un nuovo sito.

This new website presents the richness of the European Parliament holdings, illustrated with samples of documents. From legislative records to lesser known testimonies of events in the history of Parliamentary activity, the vast collections of the Parliament's archives in Luxembourg are now available to browse. Documents include those of the Committee of the Four Presidents in the early years of the institution; and range from papers of the former Presidents of the Parliament to Members' private papers.

A Multimedia Gallery is also available, where one can listen to the testimonies of former European Parliament Presidents, or discover the collection of European elections posters, dating from 1979 onwards.
